Villa Encanto is a historic Spanish Revival built in 1935 and fully restored between 2022-2024. Our vision for the restoration was to create a 1930’s boutique style hotel experience, for group travelers or large families that love to be immersed in a bit of history and class, yet desire modern amenities for maximum comfort.
The home has been restored with aesthetics as well as function in mind. The custom-designed kitchen is fully stocked with high-end appliances, and features a built-in breakfast nook and a coffee station. The living spaces all open up to a large courtyard with includes an open faux grass area, lawn games, a ping pong table and a connected gas BBQ
Villa Encanto features 6 uniquely designed bedrooms, each equipped with King-sized beds and a theme all of its own. Each room includes a closet, dresser, extra pillows and a blanket. Top ensure each guest is comfortable all night long, each room is controlled by its own AC and heating system.
The house has 5 full bathrooms, each with a custom-tiled shower (one also featuring a bathtub), hairdryers, ample towels and make-up remover wipes. With generous rooms and entertaining spaces, Villa Encanto is ideal for group travel or large families.
Centrally located to Long Beach's top destinations and restaurants, Villa Encanto is ideal for guest who enjoy exploring on foot, bike or quick car/uber drive. The Villa is 1 block to Long Beach’s famous Fourth Street and Retro Row, 3 blocks to the award-winning Long Beach Museum of Art, and 1.6 miles from the Long Beach Convention Center. The property is also 1 block to Bixby Park, which offers a children's playground, dog park, and the Bixby Park Farmers' Market on Tuesday 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 9am to 2pm. Wake up in the mornings and enjoy the choice of multiple coffee shops in walking distance. If you prefer to enjoy our provided coffee in the Villa, walk to multiple restaurant locations open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
